Need help? Simply send an email to support@heartsystems.co.uk, and your request will automatically be logged in our support system.
We use Freshdesk to manage all support enquiries, helping us track your request from start to finish and ensuring nothing gets missed.
Once your email has been received, you'll receive an automatic confirmation with your ticket number. You can reply to any of our emails at any time to add further information or updates - everything stays together in the same support ticket, making it easier for both you and our team to keep track of your issue.
Our support team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible during our support hours, keeping you updated until your issue has been resolved.
Remote Support
Sometimes it's easier to show us the problem. Our support team can securely connect to your PC while you're on the phone, allowing us to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
We use TeamViewer, one of the world's leading remote support solutions. It's simple, secure, and completely under your control. A remote session can only begin when you share your unique ID and password with us, and once the session ends, we can't reconnect without a new password from you.
